Meet Tricia Dahl,
Your Life Coach
Clarity and purpose for what comes next.
Hi, I’m Tricia Dahl.
I work with thoughtful, capable individuals who are navigating seasons of change—when what once fit no longer does, and the question becomes what truly matters now?
For over 35 years, I held leadership roles within Mayo Clinic Health System, where I supported individuals and teams through growth, change, and complexity. That experience continues to shape my grounded, human-centered approach to coaching.
As a Certified High Performance Coach, I blend reflective inquiry, evidence-based strategies, and practical tools to help clients gain clarity, strengthen confidence, and move forward with intention—without pressure to reinvent themselves.
I believe the most meaningful growth begins by slowing down, listening closely, and choosing what comes next with purpose.
If you’re standing at a transition—career, retirement, identity, or simply sensing something is shifting—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

How It All Began
MY JOURNEY TO BECOMING A CERTIFIED COACH
My path to coaching wasn’t a straight line. I returned to higher education as an adult while raising three children, learning firsthand that growth doesn’t require perfect timing—just intention. That season shaped my belief in thoughtful pacing, personal agency, and honoring the complexity of real life. Becoming a certified coach felt less like a career change and more like a natural continuation of work I’d been doing for years: listening deeply, guiding change, and helping people move forward with clarity.

Why Choose Me?
-
Guidance for life’s meaningful transitions
I bring a calm, grounded approach to coaching—one that values clarity over quick fixes and depth over motivation.
As a Certified High Performance Coach, I use evidence-based frameworks to support meaningful, sustainable change. But what matters most isn’t the method—it’s how it’s applied. My coaching creates space to think clearly, ask better questions, and move forward with intention, not pressure.
For more than 35 years, I held leadership roles within Mayo Clinic Health System, supporting individuals and teams through change, complexity, and growth. That experience shaped my belief that real progress happens when people feel heard, respected, and trusted to choose their own path.
Coaching, at its best, doesn’t push you to become someone new.
It helps you reconnect with who you already are—and decide what comes next with confidence and purpose.
Mission
My mission is to support thoughtful, capable individuals as they navigate life transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through reflective, evidence-based coaching, I help clients slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with intention—without pressure to reinvent themselves or chase someone else’s definition of success.
Vision
Values
I envision a world where people move through life transitions with clarity, confidence, and self-trust—choosing what comes next with intention rather than pressure.
At Bloom Beyond, we value clarity over noise, agency over pressure, and depth over quick fixes. Our work respects the complexity of real life and is grounded in thoughtful, evidence-based guidance that honors each client’s pace, priorities, and inner wisdom.
