You’re not alone in this feeling
Many capable, thoughtful women reach a moment where life looks fine on the outside…yet something inside feels unsettled.
Not wrong.
Not broken.
Just shifting.

Clarity doesn't come from
forcing answers.
Clarity rarely comes from starting over
or trying to figure everything out at once.

It begins more quietly.
By noticing what’s already there.
Reflecting on what actually matters.
And making small, intentional shifts.
This is the foundation of the Bloom Beyond Clarity Path™—a gentle, grounded way to navigate seasons of transition.
THE SEASONS
Where are you right now?
The Clarity Path moves through four seasons.
Each one is a real and valid place to be.
Read through them and notice which one feels most like you today.

The Noticing
Something feels off… but you haven’t stopped long enough to listen.

Reflection
You’re beginning to question what still fits—and what doesn’t.

The Design
You’re ready to make intentional choices that reflect what matters now.

Integration
You’re living in a way that feels more like you again.
Wherever you land, that's the right place to begin.
The Find Your Season toolkit will meet you there.
Find Your Season
A free three-part toolkit for understanding where you are
-- and what this season is asking of you.
When something in your life feels like it's shifting, the first step isn't figuring out what to do.
It's knowing where you are.
Find Your Season includes three gentle, guided tools:
The Clarity Compass -- A short self-check to locate which season feels most like you right now.
The Pause -- A simple three-step practice for sitting with what you found, before rushing to fix anything.
The Clarity Reset -- A five-minute practice to clear the noise, remember who you are, and choose one small aligned step.
You don't need a full plan. You just need a place to begin.
Meet Tricia
Hi, I’m Tricia Dahl.
I work with thoughtful, capable women who are navigating seasons of change -- when what once fit no longer does, and the question becomes: what truly matters now?
For over 35 years I held leadership roles within Mayo Clinic Health System, supporting people through growth, complexity, and transition. That experience continues to shape my approach to coaching: grounded, human-centered, and never rushed.
I believe the most meaningful growth begins by slowing down, listening closely, and choosing what comes next with intention.

"Working with Tricia felt grounded, insightful, and deeply supportive. She didn't offer quick answers -- she helped me see myself more clearly and move forward with intention. Her ability to listen deeply and honor the whole person made the work feel both meaningful and sustainable."
Catherine B.
"She helped me discover my own strengths and learn how to live them out with intention and confidence. The progress I've made feels both sustainable and deeply aligned with who I am."
Sue L.
"I have been privileged to work with you in the past and am so thankful for your knowledge, probing questions and also, your full acceptance of where everyone is on their journey."
Rita M.

If you're feeling ready for more
For some, the toolkit is enough to begin.
For others, it opens the door to something more.
Here is what that can look like.
Workshops
Small, guided group experiences for women who are ready to explore what matters -- and begin shaping what comes next. Workshops offer a rare combination of structure and space: enough direction to move forward, enough room to find your own answers.
Topics rotate and are offered seasonally. Current themes include navigating life transitions, reconnecting with what matters, and designing your next season with intention.
1:1 Coaching
Personalized, one-on-one support for anyone navigating a meaningful transition -- whether that's a career shift, retirement, a change in identity, or simply the sense that something needs to change but you're not sure what.
Coaching with me is not about pushing harder or chasing the next goal. It's about gaining the clarity, confidence, and intention to move forward in a way that feels genuinely like you.
Speaking
Thoughtful, practical conversations on leadership, clarity, and navigating change -- for organizations, women's groups, and teams ready to think more intentionally about what comes next.
Topics include navigating transitions with clarity and intention, leading through seasons of change, and building a life and team culture grounded in what actually matters.
You don't need a full plan to begin.
Just a moment of honesty.
A small pause.
A willingness to listen.
That's where clarity begins.
If something in your life is quietly asking for your attention --
but you're not quite sure what it means yet --
the Find Your Season toolkit is a gentle place to start.
