If This Sounds Familiar
Everything looks fine on paper.

And yet… something doesn’t feel quite right.
Not wrong. Not broken. Just no longer a fit in the way it used to be.
So you keep going. You stay busy. You tell yourself you’ll figure it out later.
But the question doesn’t really go away.

You don’t need a completely new plan. But you might need a moment to be honest about what no longer fits — and what could come next.
If that’s where you are, this is a good place to begin.

What You'll Leave With
The Clarity Path
TM
- Three simple tools, yours to keep.
This isn’t about starting over or having everything figured out. It’s about pausing long enough to hear what’s actually trying to get your attention — and walking away with something you can use long after we close.
Three tools I’ve developed and use myself — yours to keep.
The Clarity Compass™ — For when you can feel a shift but can’t quite name where you are. A simple way to locate yourself on the path.
The Pause™ — For when you’ve been overriding something that won’t quite go away. A short practice for actually noticing what’s underneath.
The 5-Minute Clarity Reset — For the days when you only have five minutes and you can feel yourself drifting. A way back to yourself, in three quick movements.

What clients have said about this work.
“This work helped me realize I wasn’t stuck — I was just comfortable. And that comfort was keeping me from something more.”
“Working with Tricia has been one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had. She helped me see my own strengths more clearly and start using them with intention.”
“A thoughtful, calm space that helped me slow down, reflect, and see things more clearly.”

About Your Guide
Tricia Dahl
I spent over three decades in healthcare leadership, leading teams, mentoring people, and supporting others in their growth.

Throughout that time, there was always a steady pull toward something more — both in my work and in my own life.

Every few years, I would feel it.
A sense that something no longer quite fit.
Nothing was wrong, but I knew I was ready for a different kind of next.
As I approached what others would call retirement, I had to get honest with myself.
I wasn’t finished. Not even close.
Starting something of my own felt uncertain, and there were plenty of reasons to wait —
but the truth became simple:
If I didn’t do it now, I probably never would.
This work is personal for me because I’ve been the woman quietly wondering if I should just be satisfied with what I have — and not knowing what to do with that question.
That’s the space I hold.

You don’t need a clear plan when you come.
Just a willingness to pause, notice what’s shifting, and be honest about what might be calling you forward.

Frequently Asked
The honest answers.
Is this workshop for me?
If you can feel something quietly shifting — in your work, your relationships, how you’re showing up in your own life — and you’re not sure yet what to do about it, yes. You don’t need a crisis to be in this. Most women don’t.
Do I need to know what’s next already?
No. In fact, this workshop is built for the moment before you know. The work is to listen, not to decide. You’ll leave with more clarity than you came in with — not necessarily a finished plan.
What happens after I register?
You’ll get a confirmation email right away with the date and access details. A few days before the workshop, I’ll send a short note with everything you need to come prepared.
What do I need to bring?
A notebook, a pen, and 90 minutes where you won’t be interrupted.
That’s it.
